1. Shipping

Customers are asked to check all packages received at the time of delivery by the courier, before signing the receipt. Pepelù packs are carefully packed and sealed. In the event that the package appears to be tampered with, Customers are requested to sign the receipt “with reservation”, or to refuse to accept delivery. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday, during office hours only; no deliveries will be made on or just before holidays. StampalaNatura is not responsible for any delays due to customs controls or operations, or due to any force majeure beyond StampalaNatura's control.

2. The right to return

StampalaNatura guarantees complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order without penalty, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product purchased on www.stampalanatura.com The right to return may be exercised correctly as long as the following conditions are met:

The request to return a product is communicated via e-mail to the address: info@stampalanatura.com. StampalaNatura will send a Return Form by e-mail, which must be fill-out in all its fields and sent by e-mail or put inside the package being sent back. In the case of defective goods, Stampalanatura will bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises, after having established the responsible party of the damage found. If the reason for the return is different from that mentioned above, we will give a full refund, but the shipping costs for the return of goods will be paid by the customer.

If the object is damaged or soiled due to improper use of the same, the refund will be deducted from the value of the object itself.

The returned product must be delivered to Caffè 70, Piazza Plebiscito 72013 Ceglie Messapica - Brindisi Italy, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (at the customer’s home), with formal communication via email to StampalaNatura of the will to terminate the contract.

Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed otherwise, but without any additional cost for the latter.

Returns authorized by StampalaNatura must be sent from the same country in which the original order was delivered. If all the required conditions have been fully met, StampalaNatura will give the customer a full refund matching the price of the purchased product. StampalaNatura will not accept returned goods if the returned item does not comply with all the terms and conditions listed above. If a returned good does not comply, the returned good will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address and shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The right to return does not apply in the case of custom-made or customized items.

3. Reimbursment time and methods

As soon as a return is received and checked that all the requirements have been respected, StampalaNatura will send the Customer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, or, if anomalies have been found, an e-mail stating that the return has not been accepted will be sent. Regardless of the payment method used by the Customer, StampalaNatura will make refunds in the shortest time possible, and in any case, within 30 days of the date in which it was made aware of a request for return, or once the returned goods have been received and verified that the return is in compliance with all the above-mentioned conditions and the integrity of the returned product has been verified. The actual crediting time depends on the payment methods used. For purchases made by credit card, the time required to view the refund depends on the company that issued the card. The value date of the credit will be the same as the debit, so as not to suffer any loss in terms of bank interest. For purchases made via PayPal, the refund will be made to the Customer's PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund on the credit card from the Customer's PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. In the case of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made in favor of the person who made the payment.
